First Apéro Entrepreneurs in London: a lively exchange of ideas and experiences in a relaxed atmosphere

Last Thursday evening, Frog Valley organised the 1st Apéro Entrepreneurs in London and the event was very successful. At The Breakfast Club, around 30-35 people at the peak of the evening attended the first Apéro Entrepreneurs, with a large majority of entrepreneurs, which is not always easy to get (quality is more important than quantity).

It is always nice to catch up with fellow entrepreneurs, learn about how their projects are progressing, and to meet new ones with plenty of great ideas.

As shown in the pictures below, the evening went quite well and we hope to have more entrepreneurs next time. So don’t hesitate to pass the message on to your friends who have started a business.

We also shot a short video of the event to give an idea of the atmosphere:

Two anecdotes:
The Apéro Entrepreneurs as recruitment agency, it works. We congratulate Arnaud who got an interview for a position at ThousandSuns, a startup which specialises in portable solar panels to produce the electricity for electrical apparels and USB devices (an article in Frog Valley will follow soon). Also, we found out that the waitress, Louise, is an entrepreneur in her own right, as she is in the middle of publishing a book with the editor Penguin – a story of three English guys in Paris.

I want to thank Guilhem and Gilles for their support to organise this event. And if you need someone to help you to setup the registration page in English and the newsletter, I am here to help.
